ProComm is a privately owned answering service and call center handling incoming calls for a wide variety of clients in 42 states. Our call center operates 24 hours a day, 7 days a week, 365 days each year, so our agents must be available to work some weekends and holidays.
Our agents have the opportunity for continued advancement based on their performance and faithful attendance. Due to the diversity of our client base, our agents can qualify to serve higher level clients which qualifies for higher pay rates. Ultimately all Supervisor and Management positions are always made available for promotion from within.
Full time, part time, and split shift positions are available for First, Second and Third shift. Most positions require a mixture of first and second shift schedules, while straight first shift positions are not normally available. Due to the nature of our business, agents are expected to work during difficult weather and power outages because those are the times of our customer’s greatest need.
ProComm promotes a comfortable work environment with fun activities, free meals on some holidays, and a real team atmosphere. The facility is secured by keyless entry door swipes and closed circuit TV monitoring. Paid personal days, vacation pay, and 401k are offered as well.
